Comfortable and friendly staff. Good for a conference, but not a holiday. Is jaded and needs revamping, which is happening now. Bar service is slow and there's only one umbrella for the entire poolside! The latter is overlooked bya building site so everything outside is covered in a fine layer of builder's dust|!

My friend and i celebrated our new career at this lovely hotel. Although we were locals we were treated like royals the view from our rooms were breath taking. i never saw our capital at this angle. the food was a little steep for us but worth every bite. had lots of fun.

Customer service, does not exist in Capital Plaza. Unfortunately as a person who has their colleagues and staff stay in several hotels in Trinidad this one leaves alot to be desired. A trip to the 12th floor could cost you your life since the censor in the elevator didn't seem to work, the host for dinner give directions for an exit plan that not even he himself was sure about, surely this was not funny. The pool area is well structured. Lets see what the new changes bring to this hotel.

The hotel is in process of decline. Rooms, elevator, and, especially, the fitness center are in various stages of disrepair. i stayed here in February 2012 an i really enjoyed my stay in the hotel very clean,great hospitality from the employees will visit soon again i just wished my time didn't go by so fast as it did. will be back for there carnival next year
