The food and atmosphere can't be beat. It's intimate outdoor dining right on the beach with the best view of the magnificent St. Croix sunset. I've had several memorable meals at Sandcastle. Most resorts depend upon their location and Sand Castle has that in spades. It is in a relatively off the beaten trail sort of (though that does depend on the day) location on the island and it fronts an impressive beach with a great view. “Best hotel in the area especially for the price!”

All of the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The open areas are washed off daily. There is an onsite security guard who patrols through the night. The pool is open 24/7 (swim at your own risk), but the hotel is right on the beach literally 10 yards from the ocean. The hotel is open and friendly to gay/straight alike.... More

“Visit to St Croix”

Great spot on St Croix. Right on the beach with fabulous sunsets. Nice restaurant and good clean rooms. Cheryl and Simone take great care of their guests. If you do stay here a car rental is a good idea so you can easily get around and see the sights. Taxis are no problem but you'll end up spending more.
