We stayed in PT #6 which is on the top floor and the view was very good. I think only the top floors (#3 and #6) have the views and the vaulted ceilings. Stayed here in May 2009 for my wedding. Beautiful villas. Very quiet. Walk to town. Pool is small but who cares. Perfect for a dip. Rooms are cozy and AC works great. Granite and stainless kitchens. Upper Villas have a view out to salt pond and harbor. Highly recommended.

This was are second time renting at the Palm Terrace. Two years ago we rented the 4-unit. -It's huge but lacks the view of units 4 and 5. Palm Terrace Villa is one of the best kept secrets on the wole island. we stayed in unit 2 which was on the second floor. the whole unit was clean and everything was brand new. the proximity to Cruz bay was good considering how much a pain it is to try and park down there....
