The rooms should be a bit more fancy or updated for the price that was charged. However, the room was clean and spacious. Royal Towers is centrally located and it's very convenient for the acquariums, the beach, aquaventure, casino, and dining places. More

I stayed at Royal Towers in January for a long weekend. The rooms are no better than you would get in a city business hotel. The restaurant experience was also terrible - breakfast was either an overpriced buffet or a self serve continental which was even more xpensive. Night time dining was equally over priced particularly in the gourmet restaurants.... More

-Sheets like sandpaper-staff said no other options for replacement -Room smelled like horrible air freshener-Staff said open door to air out. Then realized the bathroom was smelly too... -No balcony to sit on, just a ledge with a sliding glass door-staff said nothing to upgrade to. -No swim up pool bars and all pool restaurants close at 5:30 so you... My husband and I (early 50's) stayed in the West Wing of the Royal Towers in late April for a conference. I felt that this location may be as central as you can possibly get in Atlantis. We were in room 2-576, a second-floor room not far from the elevators overlooking the central space between the two Royal Towers. We... More

I was expecting a wonderful trip. Something my family of 5 would appreciate. All i got in return was a let down. The people, with exception for a few...were extremely rude. It seemed like the workers were not there to try to help you or make your stay and enjoyable one. They were just there to take your money. They... More

We have been to the Atlantis many times. We were lucky enough to be able to upgrade to a suite this last time and it was absolutely wonderful. We spent hours in the river pool - we would stake out chairs by the entrance near the beach and at the outlet of one of the slides and that would be... More

It was a nice place to visit. Nice is probably not what most would look for in a resort hotel. I agree with other reviews of needing updates to the Royal Towers. The beach was nice. The rides were very enjoyable. Especially, with going through the shark tank and looking out from up high at the view. The Atlantis resort... More

Just returned with my wife and friends from our first stay at this wonderful resort. (money saving suggestions or options below) Yes, the rooms need updating but they are fairly clean and if you have a view like we did from a higher floor in the Royal Towers (East) then you have a view that can't be beat anywere in... My husband and I traveled to the Bahamas - our quick getaway destination! We LOVE traveling to the Bahamas as it is a quick flight (from Washington, DC). The customs line is a pain...but worth dealing with it. We arrived at the Atlantis and they first gave us a room in the Coral Towers -however we did not like our... More

I have been coming to the Atlantis and staying at the Royal Towers each year for the past several years. While this place has always been a fun stay for me, the level of service and the quality of the accommodations have really deteriorated over the past couple of years, and it's quite likely I will not be coming back...
