Paid in advance and notified office of 7PM arrival time tonight. No one there and no way to reach anyone to let us in. Left message on answering machine that we were there at 7PM as planned and want my money refunded. Staying at the Conch Inn down the street and hoping for a good resolution.

I have stayed three times at this place, the last time being in Dec. 2010. Each time thsy have been very helpful, when you can find someone in the office. The rooms are large, quite, and clean. Several resturaunts are juset a short walk away.

Modest, definetly not fancy. Plain but fairly new and things worked (air cond.) A budget place like the locals might stay at.
