We loved it. Everywhere on Exuma are spectacular and uncrowded beaches. Hideaways is on a beautiful small bay. The hotel is run by a hospitable British couple and is very family friendly. This is a great place to come and experience solitude on a Caribbean island. The hotel is basic, comfortable, clean, and beach-side; really makes for a lovely get-away-from-it-all vacation. A car can help to see remote areas of the island, literally leaving you alone on a beautiful Caribbean beach.

This was my third stay at Palm Bay, so needless to say I love the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff and it's location. Near enough to town but peaceful with still enough action close by. The rooms are a great size, it's clean and well maintained with a great big comfy bed. Would recommend to couples and families.
