Kinrara has beautiful views over the resevoir and even though our room was on the road side we didn't hear any traffic. Jean was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend without hesitation.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived, and we were greeted with tea and cake in the living room overlooking the reservoir. We can't recommend Kinrara Bed and Breakfast highly enough. The location is superb with amazing views, the address is a few minutes walk from a bus directly to Manchester airport, the house is large, immaculate, beautifully decorated... the bedroom was spacious, excellent mattress... and on top of all this, Jean the hostess is great. one of the best b&b we have ever stayed at so much so we rebooked for august bank holiday whilst we were there .so friendly ,couldnt do enough for myself and my wife .tea and cakes on arrival _excellent

We have been made welcome again into this lovely friendly B&B, which must have some of the best views in England, enhanced this week by a layering of snow. The breakfasts are pretty awesome too and we highly recommend it as a holiday base right on the edge of the beautiful Peak District.

what beautiful accomodation....we stayed here as our son had a golf comp at chapel en frith GC. the view from our bedroom was absolutely beautiful. Sitting on the balcony in the morning enjoying the view before breakfast was just so relaxing., and also in the evening having a glass or two of wine, even though it wasn't the best weather... More
