Just returned from our third winter break at this self-catering apartment attached to MIllbrae House. Well furnished and very comfortable. Red squirrels, nuthatches and woodpeckers on view from the kitchen window. Convenient for Rockcliffe and surrounding coastal areas. A short drive to RSPB Mersehead. Try the walk from the apartment round to Kippford and back. We intend to return

Millbrae is a superb place to stay. The location is delightful; quiet and a short walk from the beach and great dining at The Anchor. David and Linda are fantastic hosts and their breakfast can only be described as superb. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent value for money and cannot be faulted in any way. Highly recommended.

Cannot speak highly enough of Linda and David's fantastic B&B. Accommodation is first class and the breakfasts are superb. Margaret and I stayed there along with two friends at the beginning of August 2012. There is absolutely nothing to be improved upon. Friendly, spotlessly clean, and great value for money. This is one not to be missed.

I visited Millbrae House with my partner after rave reviews from my parents (who have stayed there many times). We had a wonderful visit; a warm welcome by the owners Linda and David, fantastic accommodation with everything you could possibly need and a fantastic breakfast. Would fully recommend a trip!
