“Average room but good service, restaurant (breakfast) area need improvement”

Stayed for two nights recently, check-in and check-out process are quick. Room is clean but basic. Breakfast are more to Asean/Indonesian style. No one is leading you to table and most tables are left unclear for next guess, which is not good. Location is good, walking distance to Mall Serpong.

Stayed in this hotel on 16th April for business trip. Checking in was ok, staffs were friendly, and they served welcome drink immediately. “great place for business meeting”

they has more than 10 room for small meeting and also has a ballroom for conference. it just 5 minutes walk from Summarecon Mall, a great place for hang out and drink some coffee. you'll get a high speed internet connention from the room.

I stayed on 19Jan13. The room is small with thin wall. I can heard the person next door and upstair dragging the furniture. I can heard the the traffic noise even at the 10th floor.
