Went to Cameron Highlands for a family vacation and rented the 4 rooms penthouse apartment with 3 bathrooms. The apartment was cosy and comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. No internet / wi-fi as stated in their advertisment. No room service, I had to collect their dirty towels at ground floor. The hot water heater was not repaired. Other things are OK.

Overall damn smelly apartments, badly maintained and damn noisy until way late to the nite until 2am!!!!

Don't be fooled by the name, a villa it is not. The outside appeareance of the hotel/apartment was not well maintained as you can see stains on the walls and cobwebs on the ceilings. There were 9 adults and 6 children in our group. We booked the penthouse (with 5 rooms). We had a fabulous stay. It is really comfortable for group outings and the location is good. We had no problems getting around. I would definitely stay here again.
