I have booked room for 1 bedroom with price RM138 but when I checked in, they bring me to the room that have 3 bedrooms and tell me to pay extra to be RM180 if not i have to share the room with other people because no more 1 bedroom type. Hotel should to mention in room details earlier not in last minute. Staff inform me they got many complains from customer about this case but they don't have to do anything.

First off - please do make sure you know the route before you decide to drag all your luggage up this hill. If you struggle to walk on the level road, get a taxi. The hill will make you feel like crying. And one tip - head for the Heritage Hotel and then veer left and keep walking until the last block! On the place - spacious and check in handled very well by friendly staff. It is OK on the cleanliness department - however if you dislike spiderwebs and dust, you will have to put in some of your own elbow grease. I suggest washing the crockery and cutlery before use as well. Bathrooms will be your biggest test. It does not seem to get totally wiped down after each guest leaves, so bring your own stuff and do what needs to be done yourself. Other than that, it was fine as a home base. All the furnishings you need are there. Wifi is available at the check-in desk but you need to arrange for your own. An old cell works well as a WIF hotspot, after getting a package from one of the Cell outlets close to the bus terminal - no need to pay hundreds for a loan router! I paid RM19 for 5GB per week - that was pretty good based on what I pay for data at home!

Greenhill is an old property and does show its age BUT its location is unique - near enough to Tanah Rata but around a curve in the road to blissfully be out of sight. And ,like most other properties in Camerons, it doesn't pride itself on providing any amenities or distractions - just a quiet place at a convenient location.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Kettles and hairdryer were provided for our convenience. The location were pretty good, away from the busy street, tuck in a peaceful corner yet near to the Tanah Ratah town which makes everything convenient. Starbucks is within walking distance if you wishes to grab a cup of hot coffee.

I booked one night stay at heritage Greenhill Apartment, on last 22 September. It was great 3 bedrooms house with fully furnished and with fully kitchen equipment such as microwave, Stover, oven, plates everything that u need. you just bring raw food materials to cook. It is so cooling air and the view from the balcony is beautiful, and its green hills and mountain. We love it.. I didn't go out at all just staying in the house and stay up till late night at the balcony spending some good time with my kids. Owner is very good and keep giving me information about the traffic and restaurant at nearby Tanah rata. there are a lot of parking space for your car. the only problems is you have to walk up bringing your luggage, there is no elevator provided.. but is you are the person love exercise its should be no problem. We love everything about the house. Just for info if you come to Cameron highland on weekend like on Saturday, make sure your car is in good condition because it would crazy long journey due to traffic congestion. And don't forget to stop at Habu to see old BOH tea factory, and get some nice Boh tea to drink before continue your journey up. If you like you can walk /climb up the small hill at the back of the factory to have a nice selfie view.. it is fantastic greeeeeeeeeen tea plantation view.. awesome.

Hotel apartment has a lot of improvement in terms of facilities provided compare to the pplastast 7 years. 3 bedrooms apartment concepts coming with master bedroom (1 queen side bed with attached bathroom), medium room (1 queen side bed) & small room (2 single bed). Living room with sofa, flat screen tv with 9 channels of astro, dining table (6 persons), kitchen with cooking facilities (rice cooker, bread toaster, kettle, microve, folk, knife, spoon, opener, crock, fridge, washer liquid with sponge), 2 sets of standing fan. Need to improve on water heather since this place is very cold especially at evening until morning (1800hrs-0900hrs).

This is the second time we are staying at green hill resort at block Aster. We have stay there last year in april 2016 before. Though the resort is located up slop area is still walkable. But for people with knee problem might need to take a breather. Still it’s a good place for a nice view of the mountain and fresh air. The rooms and toilets are clean. The unit is very spacious. Has a 3 bedroom with full kitchen equipment which are new and better compare to last year in 2016. The tv channel now has astro for some channel which is good as last year they didn’t have astro at all. Cameron itself is a very good place for relaxation and enjoying the scenery with many eateries. So you will not go hungry. On weekends there’s the weekend market with fresh grown vegetables for sale and seafood. Their strawberry jam are delicious compare to standard strawberry jam which has a lot of gelatine & sugary. The brand of the strawberry is Mrs tang. You can also visit the tea plantation farm to buy BOH tea brand of Cameron valley brand. There are tours that you can pay to go to explore Cameron. The staff and room cleaning service team are friendly and approachable.

Cost and clean stay. Hairdryer and electric kettle was provided along with basic amenities of towel and bar soap. Location is quite decent too, as there are quite a few stores selling local food at the main road before turning into the apartments. The rooms did not have air con though, it was cool enough with the windows open. We had some issues with the water heater, it just needed more time to heat up the water prior to showering, probably caused by the cool water!

Arrived late Friday evening, was greeted by Max the manager of the resort. A friendly person, very accommodative and informative. The apartment was basic and clean. This is one resort that caters to Muslims. They have separate cooking pots and utensils etc. Thumbs Up! There are only a few minor suggestion : 1. DVD / VCD Player is made available but there was no connection to the TV, cant play movie. 2. Beddings need to be replaced as it is hard and not so comfy. We had issues with water shortage due to the land slide that caused the main water pipeline to break. However the staffs including manager was very helpful and arranged for water supply to be delivered to the rooms. Was not necessary but still they did it. KUDOS to these dedicated staffs. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and would definitely re-visit and recommend to anyone to stay here.

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We got a house in Aster Block on the first floor. With three bedrooms, two balconies (one facing the valley), two bathrooms, one sitting area, dining table with six chairs and one kitchen...it was quite sufficient for us to have a comfortable getaway. The apartment offers fresh towels, tissue roll, hot water and soaps in the bathroom - that is all. Probably they can include shampoo. The house was well-lit and clean. The linen was white and fresh. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the place and its basic facilities. Location wise, Greenhill Apartment is next to Heritage hotel and provides quiet and beautiful sceneries to visitors. A short walk takes you to the local market and eateries. A church falls on the way. We saw a lot of tourists staying both at the hotel as well as the apartments. I will recommend this place for a short stay as it is suitably placed to have quiet time as well as hustle bustle of local tourism.
