This place was so surprisingly cool. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Check out their local beer on tap. I forgot the name of it. Room and lobby are decorated very well. They have a museum attached to the hotel that tells the story of Indians being sent to education camps in Canada. Actually very sad but it is... More

Kwe! Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! The name of the local beer you are looking for is "Kwe", the same Native word we use to greet our guests. Be sure we will forward your nice comments to our collegues working in the museum. Entïio chia' önenh! (Have a nice day and see you soon!) More

We (a family of 4) spent 3 nights here during a recent vacation in Quebec City. This hotel is effectively located in a small American Indian village (reserve) that has become over the years part of the Quebec metropolitan area. You’ll need a car, but this place is definitely worth a visit: The architecture is beautiful, and the small museum... More

Kwe! Everyone at Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations was very proud to learn that your stay was up to your expectations. Of course, we understand food preferences and are always willing to accomodate vegetarians and vegans, but your moral principles are totally understandable. It is good to know you could enjoy your environment anyways. Wendake will always be happy to welcome you... More

Very nice and modern hotel. Rooms are simple, well decorated, with the ameridian touch that makes the difference. Very quite hotel with fireplace in the lobby. Nice attention like tea in the lobby at 4 and gin on the outside terrace between 5 to 7. Employees were very polite, profesionnel and friendly. Restaurant La Traite offers typical and very good... I wanted to see this unique hotel since I've heard about it and I finally booked 4 nights during the Holidays, while visiting family. I lived in Québec City for 10 years and know a lot about this city, but I've never been to the Wendake village, where this hotel is located. The place is totally unique, expressing the first... More

This place is operated by Wendat people and it is located on the reserve of Wendake. A very nice little village where Native people are proud and where everything offered is of good quality. Moreover, it is a 15-minute drive from Quebec City which is worth visiting of course. Inside the hotel, you will find a small museum also worth... More

We hosted a weekend retreat/conference at this unique hotel. I have never encountered such warm hospitality, helpfulness or pride from a hotel or its staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. The goose feather bedding was a luxury! My only let down in the room was the lack of hair conditioner. The food at our group dinner (duck) was... More

I went to this hotel for a business conference. The hotel is really nice. The view from the patio door was really nice during the fall. The hotel room was confortable and the room was correctly furnish. The carpet into my room was a little bit old even if the hotel was build in 2008. But the bed and the... More

Le français suit. We have stayed 1 night at this beautiful hotel on August 13, 2011 and I highly recommend it! It is located just outside Quebec City, in the Huron-Wendat Indian reserves, in Wendake. The hotel is very nice, nicely design, very clean, very authentic, it truly reflects the Huron Aboriginals Culture in Canada. First, as you come in... More

Beautiful rooms, good restaurant and calm setting. Definitely would stay there again. Only potential improvement would be the reliability of the free in-room wireless internet connection.
