We only stayed one night but found this B&B very clean, friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Although our room was at the front of the house we heard no traffic noise to disturb us.There was ample parking and Lincoln was a short drive away. Try to avoid the 5 o'clock traffic though!

brilliant place to stay very clean and homley great hosts good breakfast selection lovelely rooms and complimenrtry refreshments resturants nearby pubs shopping 6 miles frome city so not out of the way

Have just returned from this wonderful B&B. What can I say. We had the Executive Double Room, a lovely, large, bright cosy room with everything you could think off even down to ear plugs for the light sleepers. Lovely ensuite with toiletries if needed. Stayed here. most weeks over the last year due to work and would recommend to any one wanting clean comfortable rooms with very friendly hosts. Nothing was to much trouble, the breakfast was excellent with a good choice and there was ample parking

stayed for one night in single room which was warm and immaculate with en-suite which was spotless.this b&b is a short walk to local shops and good food pubs .the breakfast was great and made a good start to the day would gladly use again thanks

Stayed one night and found lovely spacious room with welcoming friendly owners. Breakfast was equally enjoyable. Our room was very close to the main road, it did not bother us, it may some guests though. Would recommend.

Perfect location for visit to Lincoln. Cannot fault this B&B. Extremely well managed. Excellent value for money. Room was excellent, immaculately clean with good comfortable bedding & great shower room. All little extras were present. It seemed they had thought of everything. Breakfast first-rate. Highly recommend.
