My staying at One Hotel in Acapulco last Christmas was anything but pleasant. First, the quote and reservation I originally got on-line was not nearly to what I ended up paying checking out. Last, The One Hotel even charged me for using the telephone (1-800 #). If you are considering staying at One Hotel, you need to be careful. I... More

Clean and comfortable hotel. If you are on vacation and want to experience a beach front resort and ocean view, this place is not for you. Do not expect resort facilities if you are not paying for them! The price under $60 for a room per night is perfect for this very clean and extremely well-located hotel. The few staff... More

One Acapulco Costera s a great choice to invest very well your money in Acapulco. It's only the main boulevard in Acapulco Bay, and the sea is only two minutes by walk. The rooms are very good, not too big, but very clean. The breakfast it' s good, is not too various too. The staff is available and helpful. Besides,... More

It's always good to arrive somewhere to find it's better than you think it might be. The rooms are basic, spartan even and clean. Great for minimalists like me. Don't be put off by the poor breakfast reviews either, just get in early. Tacos, refried beans, eggs and salsa plus fresh fruit, cereals and toast ain't a bad way to... More

The hotel is very good and new, the rooms are small but clean, the location is great in the Av. Miguel Aleman. The only thing i didn't like was that the rooms don't have vie to Acapulco's Bay. There are other buildings in front, who allow us to see only a small portion of ocean's water... And this view i'm... More

The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty small so I wouldn't suggest staying here if you were traveling with a family or group. The breakfast was decent but limited as other reviewers mentioned. We stuck to the eggs and fruit and were pretty satisfied for the morning. It's just a block... More

Not a luxurious hotel, but it has a good image, it´s very clean and the location is excellent. The rooms are very small so I wouldnt recommend this hotel for long stays. More

Hotel itself is perfect, including excellent room for a wheelchair user, and the price. The only problem was an almost non-existent breakfast: no meat, no fish (nor any other seafood), no cheese, no vegetables. No juice (just something very much diluted). Just a few fruit. No coffee - that name was given to something a person should never put in... More

Trendy hotel close to the beach. Would highly recommend after walking into other hotels. Valet parking a plus, security card needed for entries, good breakfast. More
