When I arrived to the Hotel and saw the structure I thought I was in the wrong place, from the outside it looks more like a cheap Motel, and when I found out they don't have parking and I had to park in a hotel close by I was deeply regretting deciding to stay there. But thank god the hotel... More

We have stayed here for a few years, for several weeks each time. We are returning this January, so obviously have enjoyed our stays. For us, this place is perfect. It's right on the beach, but has it's own pool, bar and restaurant. The food is good and reasonably priced. The breakfast is a deal--coffee, fruit and an entree for... More

We've just returned from a 5 week stay in Acapulco and of the 5 hotels we stayed in this was the friendlist and most homely. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adult and 4 children in total and next to each other. The rooms we excellent cleaned twice a day with excellent air conditioning, fridges and a good size balcony with... More

Clean hotel. Yes, it's a bit outdated in terms of furniture and finishes, but well kept. The rooms are large, round in shape, airy, light and interesting. The beach is impeccable and due to hotel's size less busy than the rest of the private hotel beaches. The staff is pleasant and friendly...of course- if you are friendly and not grumpy... More

Malibu hotel is a small hotel which compared to the hotels around it looks quite tiny and maybe won´t call your attention but it´s really worth it! We were there in Low season so we got a price offer which is a pay 2 nights get 1 for free, which brings you to the price range of the hotels which... More

$109.00 per night to stay in this dump! The rooms are furnished with 1940 cheap Motel Six furniture that they probably got from some mental institution. The bed's are as hard as a sheet of marble. I got stuck in a room that faces the street with a restaurant directly below and the trash can has to be directly below... More

My husband and I have been to this hotel 4 times in the past three years. It is a very small hotel that is directly on the beach. All of the friendly staff bend over backwards to make you happy. The outdoor restaurant has a great menu and the prices are the best you will find on the beach. More

My friend and I stayed here for the first time for 2 weeks in Jan. 2009. Extremely clean. Lovely decor. Good bar and restaurant with a beautiful view of Acapulco Bay. The only problem was the mosquitos that bit us. Maybe it was all of the trees and flowers that drew them. There were alot of plants right around our... More

Acapulco is traditionally a vacation spot for Mexicans and the Malibu held true to this tradition. It seemed as if we were the only Norte Americanos in the hotel, although there were some Germans, so I know there weren't only Mexican families. The hotel was very family-oriented. The pool was full of children at all times, which was perfect for... More
