Yes, there is great balcony views from top floor,and there is art everywhere . Service is friendly, location is convenient. But if you like some quiet downtime, skip the balcony rooms. And if you don't like to walk stairs, ask for a lower floor room. Place is clean, cheerful and the size of rooms and balconies are comfortable.
