“Great Staff; Decent Accommodations”

This facility has incredibly friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are always helpful without question. The facilities could use some work. While not horrendous in any way, some of the guest bathrooms are not in the condition that I would expect from Hilton. Overall, a safe, decent place to stay.

This hotel is right across the street from the convention center, and although there are not many restaurants nearby to choose from, the Angus Grill inside the hotel is a good place to eat. The concierge has been very helpful. Everyone is very nice and friendly, going out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

A very nice city hotel, a little bit outside of the center of Guadalajara, but just opposite to the expo. To commute it is recommended the rent a car.
