“Excellent location. Felt safe at all times”

This hotel was extremely immaculate. The location was excellent for business, shopping and banking. Close to excellent restaurants. Accessible to great public transportation. This is my go to hotel in Guadalajara.

“Clean and safe, but English language a problem”

Clean and safe. Staff anxious to be helpful, but ability to speak English was more limited than I would have expected. Beds were very hard, which was fine by me, but might have been an issue for others. Restaurant had English translations for menu items, and some "american" choices.

“Rooms OK but far from modern area”

This is a good hotel if your in and out of Guadalaja on business. I recommend the executive floor. The hotel is pricey for a Holiday Inn and the halls and lobby are a bit old. “Those bright blue neon lights shine right in your window!”
