excellent hotel (mostly business-oriented) in a bustling business district of Mexico City. The rooms are really big, the staff is pleasant and there is a nice bar on the roof with some great nightly views. And last - the apples at the reception were excellent, I really loved them :) I was there last in 2009 More

I hadn't been here for a couple of years, but it was nice to be back. Spacious rooms and a great breakfast were the same as before, and the staff were very attentive in our conference room. The hotel has some character, too: after lots of nights in the big chains I really felt the difference here. What was different... More

We stayed at the Camino Real Santa Fe hotel for a week while on a business trip to Mexico City. The staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. We used the business facilities and held some meetings and demonstrations in the hotel as well. Our room was spacious enough for our time there. We used... More

I found this hotel to be a very good business hotel in the newer business district of Mexico City. The rooms are very large and spacious and that bathrooms are large too. The staff were very friendly, efficient and pleasant-natured. The breakfast buffet was superb. It is a shame that Santa Fe is so far away from the historical centre... More

nice hotel, staff very friendly (and they speak English), very modern, fantastic breakfast and a very honest price for a 4* hotel. Two negative spots: no swimming pool and wi-fi expensive and not really good in the rooms. More

Breakfast was great with a variety of Mexican specialties. Location is excellent for those who'll the staying in Santa Fe barrio. If you'll be around the center, try other locations because Santa Fe... More

This hotel looks pretty but the look isn't everything. They charge you for the Internet a lot of money. Even for local calls they charge you. The food at the restaurant is good but expensive too. The place is located in a nice area in Mexico you can take a cab for like 3 USD to take to Santa Fe... More

I'm staying here, and the room is very nice and modern. Everybody I have had contact with is very polite and friendly, and the restaurants are good. I specially like the terrace at Bice. That being said the Internet is very crappy. The service comes down every 10 minutes. Also, I went into the jacuzzi last night, and when I... More

The hotel is very new and the rooms and all facilities are modern and comfortable. The hotel is a good choice if you have to visit one of the US or European companies in the district. It is very near to the offices of Microsoft, IBM, HP, SAP and rioght opposite of the German Center. Around the hotel you can... More
