The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. As I have limited Spanish I was grateful for having front desk staff who spoke English. Although there is a main road out the front, because I had a rear room I spent a very restful night. Breakfast was comprehensive and good value. Best of all, there... More

This is an older hotel located on a hillside on one of the main roads in and out of town - about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Zocolo. We stayed two nights over the Christmas holidays which is high season so the ONLY room available was a room w/no air-conditioning at a premium price on the backside of... More

Just ten minutes walk from the cathedral, but at the same time secluded in a very quite area and with a nice garden around the different buildings. The rooms were spacious, and has a nace balcony overlooking the garden. Such a shame that there were no chairs - not on the balcony and not in the room. There were a... More

I stayed there for one week, it's not a 4 stars hotel, but for the price is worth the stay. Be careful of noisy rooms. Internet doesnt work in the rooms. Breakfast are rather poor. Bit far away from downtown. Pretty clean with cozy rooms. More

This hotel was included in our tour package and claims to be 4* , it has to be the worst 4* i have ever stayed in. The building is a concrete block and the inside dates back to the 1970's , there are no public areas, no lounge for relaxing and the night we arrived the bar was not open... More

The Hotel has scant interest in customer satisfaction. The Hotel Manager works only daytime hours and there is no competent deputy at night willing to redress complaints. At all costs avoid accepting any room beginning with a one (ie 105), even if you are deaf, you would need to have recieved hepatitis A, B & C, along with tetanus. The... More

I was on a tour over Mexico last year and I stayed there for two nights, and I find it clean, confortable and staff very helpfull. It's very cheap to go and return from the Zocalo, the breakfast is large and very tasty with a wonderful view. Last day we travelled in the middle of the night, so they gave... More
