great place friendly staff and well located. I found it to be very quiet while being right in the heart of things only one block from the Zocalo with shops and restrants all around you. I came for wedding while I was late and needed to iron my shirt one of the lady that work there took it from me... More

As a group of friends, we stayed a week in this hotel. It was a social and cultural delight. Well located close to the Zocalo. The hotel has a marvelous layout around courtyards and impeccably clean, large rooms. Most significant feature is the staff. They seem to enjoy workign together and it is contagious. They were cheerful, polite, and caring. Leaving... More

We stayed on our arrival to Oaxaca and enjoyed it so much that we re booked the hotel on our return before flying out of Oaxaca. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is situated very conveniently right in the centre giving easy access to all the wonderful markets, and places of interest. The room was large, clean and... More

This hotel is very well located, clean and with friendly and helping staff.Large rooms well furnished. BUT, NO windows in rooms and a very noisy university center next door that gives loud lectures all hours until sometimes after 10:00hres at night. When I say LOUD, believe me! Had to use ear plugs, but not sufficient, and keep door open for... More

We just spent 4 nights at this great place. I cannot say enough good things about Denise at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful long before we arrived- she sent me pictures of the room, patiently answered many questions and was always extremely service-oriented. When we arrived much earlier than we thought we would, as we were able to... More

Stayed in this hotel right around the block from the main square. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. The breakfast(not included in rate) was filling and tasty. The staff were very helpful. Nice hotel for the price

Just spent six nights at the Hotel Parador San Agustin. It is one and a half blocks from Zocalo (main square in the Centro Historic Center)... A large comfortable room with an outstanding and accomodating staff! The restaurant is only open for breakfast, but as I was leaving a new cafe was opening adjacent to the hotel.

Very Clean, quaint, charming, a block from Zocalo and close to everything, extremely reasonably priced, nice restaurant and above all, exceptional service from staff. Thank you for the hospitality!
