We are staying here now. The room we have is on the second floor overlooking the plaza. The AC works well, and every thing in the room is clean and well maintained. Free WIFI. A bargain for 1,100 pesos ( £55 ) per night for a standard double room. Valet car parking at the back of the hotel.

The staff was very helpful from beginning to end so it was a very pleasant experience. Overlooking the Plaza is an added benefit. And then you must visit the Gran Café of the Parróquia overlooking the Boardwalk just a few blocks away.

Located on the central square of the historical center of Veracruz, this hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. Though, you can see the hotel is aging a little bit, it is still a nice place to stay.

This hotel is newly renovated and located right smack in the heart of the city. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the flavor of the city as opposed to the beach. Service was great and room was huge and super clean. The deal I got online of $69 per night was amazing. Worth WAY more.
