My husband and I stayed here in Feb. What a great place! Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless. It is located within easy walking distance to Walmart, and local restaurants. Well worth the price. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard.

This is a good place to stay a couple of nights after arriving in Cancun airport if you want to avoid the large concrete-stuffed area called Zona Hotelara. This small hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms are large though and priceworthy.
