We had a wonderful time at the ME Cancun. The rooms were clean, the decor was modern, the beach was lovely, the food was great (MUST eat at the Brazilian BBQ outside and get the green juices at the breakfast buffet), and the staff was very hospitable. Booked the " full Experience" at $500 a night. Not that impressed. They tout The Level experience but it was non existent. We had no turn down service and called the front desk, they said it was because we had our " do not disturb" sign up. Totally not true. Bottom line....go to the Ritz if you want good service....
