Every staff member I met at Hostelito was very helpful- got me everything I needed, and if they didn't know the answer (what time the ruins opened), they found out and let me know the following morning. My stay at Hostelito was first rate. Helpful, clean and freindly. Not to mention affordable. The guy with the bugs, obviously imported them. I did not see so much as a house fly during my stay.The staff was well informed and spoke perfect english. I will be returning for 2 months this winter.
