“Lied About Reservation”

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the year and respected Senor Alex. So I called them a month in advance and made a reservation. When I showed up, the man who took the call denied that he'd spoken with me and would not even open the door to speak with me. He treated me as a warito.

Lived there for a month in 1986.At Maya Coz.Hotel. moved to house,lived in coz.6yrs. Loved staying here.clean,safe,location,after 23 yrs..hubby and I plan to go for 20yr.anniversary,this sept.09'Cant get them to answer phone.I want to go like the oldie days!Cheap,simple,bikes,dive,eat at locals hang out. “Going native in Cozumel”

We have stayed at the Maya Cozumel from 1 to 2 weeks a year for about 16 years, it is an old Mexican style hotel, nothing fancy, a place to sleep and drink a few brews and tell tall tales.
