Not a fancy place but roomy with easy access to down town. Staff was very accomodating Good access to diving w/ good help from staff. Room was very large, w/ fridge and king bed. If you needed anything you had to look for staff to get or find it.

very friendly helpful staff... alway felt safe.... room was clean and air conditioner worked great!!! beautiful view from our room of the ocean!... we'll be back! when we checked in they helped us find a rental jeep for the day and it was delivered w/in an hour!

Overall a clean and safe place. Next door to Papa Hogs dive shop which is handy for those who don't want to travel far for diving. All staff were nice and the gardens make it a very pleasant location. Its a 30 minute walk from Cozumel just in case you want to be closer than that...........
