My wife and I stayed at Villa Maya with three other couples. The house was great for a multi-couple trip, as four of the bedrooms have king-sized or queen-sized beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, and the house has amenities for large groups (e.g., large indoor and outdoor dining tables).
