My room was full of mould. In the ceiling and on the walls. Asked to change rooms and got a new with no visible mould. It had been painted over, you could still smell it! Breakfast was "finito" after one hour. No one seem to be interested in fixing more food or even coffee (paper cups.) The pool water so... More

Had a horrible time here. The beds are rock hard, like sleeping on the floor, the bed sheets were dirty, the staff weren't friendly at all and the breakfast is a scam. Beware! Stay away! More

Taxi driver recomended Nacional hotel. Obviously he was rewarded. Not at all a bad location. Only 2-3 blocks to Grand Plaza, cathedral, Montejo museum, governor house. Very clean rooms with bathtub. Excellent location, real close to the zocalo and restaurants. I spent one night here for 550 MX pesos about $US45 single.This hotel has been recently remodeled but has no elevator to get up to the top floor (third).
