Staff extremely helpfull. Very nice gym. Water in pool not heated, usually not a problem in extremely hot Merida. Beds are very hard and the carpet needs to be renewed. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. They charge for Wifi which is always surprising in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet very nice with great waiters. More

Recently visited Mérida, Yucatán and spent time at this hotel that has everything you need. The rooms are in excelent condition and the meeting rooms Well conditioned. The restaurant offers buffett and "a la carte" menú. I felt welcome every step I made an wanted to stay a bit longer!!! More

Neat, clean, friendly service, great location with easy accessibility to restaurants, etc, nice pool. Only downside was that the room didn't have sufficient lighting (either natural or artificial), and the windows did not open, so one did not have fresh air also. The room faced a wall. More
