We were staying in this hotel for 6 days in OCT 2012. It was great. No problems at all, great staff and good Italian boss. Clean rooms, towels, cleaning and service. Bus station is very near (4 min walking), 3 mins to nearest sand beach, markets are close and cheap (also good) food. Great job guys!!! Sloveniaaaa

exceptional location in the center a few steps from 5 avenue and the beach, friendly staff always available wifi and stable large clean rooms, although in the center just outside noise, good air conditioning and only in the area to have a private parking for the car .. . short, ideal for playa del carmen
