We stayed at several places along the Tulum hotel stretch. Mezzanine was great. Of all the spots we stayed at, this had the nicest beach. Upon checking in, before we were even handed our keys, we each had a complimentary margarita in hand. Staff was extremely helpful. Food was good. Music was played during the day that at times was... I am missing the Mezzanine so much right now I couldn't wait any longer to write them a fantastic review! My husband and I went on Easter Sunday 2012...We checked into the hotel around noon and our room was ready and waiting for us (three hours early- nice touch) and we were exhausted from traveling all night. The girl at... More

Amazing experience! Wonderful staff. Awesome restaurant with attentive service. Perfect location on the beach. Very close to Tulum. We stayed in the lower rooms without a view, but it was perfect for us. Great value. Would definitely return. More

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing, romantic vacation with simple, laid back elegance and Mezzanine Hotel was the perfect fit. We were there for a week in early March and loved everything about it. The hotel is built up on a small cliff within steps of the beach. The landscaping at the hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully... After going to Cabanas La Luna and having to pay full amount, trying to get refund to leave after crappy conditions and being denied (even though their management lied in their response to my review on Trip Advisor), we ventured over to Mezzanine and opened our wallet for two nights of heaven. Go over Thanksgiving and is it more empty... More

We stayed in the lower rooms without a view but nice breeze. It was actually nice to get away from the elements since we spent most of our days outdoors. The patio, bar, and restaurant (some of the best Thai food I've had) were wonderful and the service was friendly. Walking distance to the Ruins and a nice bike ride... More

Decided to spend one night at Mezzanine, a short bus ride from Playa, we wanted to experience the tranquility and amazing beaches of Tulum. Arriving much earlier than 3pm check in - the front desk was very accommodating in allowing us entry. A welcome mojito was immediately offered - nice touch. Mezzanine is set high on a bluff overlooking an... More

This is our second time at this amazing hotel. We stay in Room 10 which is huge and has an unbelievable terrace which looks down the whole gorgeous beach. Paradise! Great bed, great staff, great Thai food. But a recent management chain leaves one terrible flaw. They play really audible music from 9 AM til 10 PM and the deep... More

We checked into the Master Suite for a brief 3 day weekend in January, and it was just wonderful. The Mezzanine is a little bit quirky, a true Boutique Hotel, just a few rooms, a great restaurant and a wonderful location. Our room was beautifully decorated and a good size, with a wonderful ocean view. The main grounds of the... More

Mezzanine has some of the best, oddly enough, Thai Food in Mexico. The place is just super relaxing and close to ruins. More
