There are two things that make this place special: location and people. Smack right in the middle of the Tulum beach with all rooms having either direct access to the beach from patio doors or balcony overlooking the beech, the location cannot be better. The best value for money in Tulum. Not an expensive rooms in a great location. The family who runs this place are very nice and helpful. The rooms are basics rooms with a great large bed (without aircondition and TV) on beach. The electricity is 24 hours. More

Best kept secret in Tulum! This family run Hotel is just what we were looking for and more... We have traveled the Yucatan extensively the past 20 years and this by far is the most beautiful beach we have found. The accomodations were perfect and relaxing.
