I booked in with the intention of breaking up the journey from Phnom Penh to Chiang Mai. We stayed here one night. The staff was nice and rooms were clean. Don't bother to take massage from the hotel. We got it and they didn't even massage all the time, just chatted with each other. It was not good at all.

8 of us stayed in 8 rooms on the 4th of December. There was nothing bad about this place. The staff were very attentive and helpful, sorting out a wrong-date booking with no extra charge. The pool was clean and fantastic. The rooms were all in very good condition. Exceptional value for money.

For $10-15 a night no one should expect the comfort and service of a 5 star hotel. The Apex staff was lovely, the swimming pool clean enough to swim in it without fearing a serious infection and the rooms were ok.
