“Lovely home with everything, and fabulous breakfasts!”

Sue and Peter Paice have created a beautiful haven in the middle of Hampshire. We visited recently for three wonderful days, where Sue treated us more as friends than guests. Quite the best B&B we have stayed in for some years. Run by Sue and Peter Paice in a welcoming but efficient manner. A large well appointed bedroom with bath and shower would have done credit to a 4 or 5 * hotel. I loved staying at Mulberry house. After missing our flight to Europe for a long weekend away, Sue and Peter welcomed us into their fantastic house and made good our "lost" weekend. “Amazing Hosts, Wonderful Breakfasts”

This is a most wonderful bed and breakfast, set in beautiful countryside in a lovely village in Hampshire. Our hosts Sue and Peter were the most warm and welcoming people and their delicious breakfasts kept us full up all day! We had a very relaxing stay and can't wait to return.
