Sheer bliss!!!! :) we stayed here on our honeymoon at it was just magical. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff, and the Banana bread from the pantry is just delicious! The Spa is something else, try a visit during the day, its quieter

I just returned from 4 nights at the Banff Springs Fairmont and can't explain how wonderful it was. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so accomodating and the majestic view takes your breath away at every glance....Highly recommended for family and or romance
