While living in Banff, Baker Creek was our go to for romantic getaways and special occasions. We sent visiting family here to stay so they could have that cabin in the woods experience. We loved having no television and how 'homey', comfortable and private the rooms felt. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Good location between Lake Louise and... More

We had a wonderful experience here Nice bug clean rooms, comfy bed with good quality pillows and bedding, all custom made wood furniture - all adds to an excellent look Little creek is right in your backyard - I spent both evenings sitting by the fireplace listening to the rushing water through an open patio door We had breakfast and... We had a wonderful time at Baker Creek when we stayed there in April. The people were extremely helpful and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were quiet and offered lot's of privacy. We went there to get away from everything, and it was very peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. We stayed in a... More

Our family of four stayed here with another family for 5 nights in Late March/Easter. We were greeted warmly and just loved our cabin. We loved that this place was a little further out and not on a main road/intersection like so many other places. As we are from Australia, the kids are amazed by snow and the setting was... More

Incredible accommodation! Close to Lake Louise and the must see Johnston Canyon and the Ink Pots hiking trails. Amazing food at the bistro. There's a gym, sauna, steam room, sunbed and lots to do in and around the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay there forever!

Baker Creek Mountain Resort. What a hidden treasure it was. In the middle of the woods this lovely resort has a number of cabins but there are rooms in the lodge as well. All of it well kept and looked after. At the entrance of the complex there are some wooden red top buildings which are the reception, the bistro... More

We chose to stay at Baker Creek cabins rather than in Banff because of other travellers reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Of all the places we stayed in 4 weeks there are only 3 we would return to and this would be one of them. The cabins were in a fantastic setting, they were cosy, yet roomy enough for us... More

Wonderful cabins in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Banff, very comfortable rustic setting. Close to wonderful hiking, skiing, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Highly recommended for out of province visitors.

Have just returned from a weekend with my nieces and nephews in two cabins at Baker Creek. I had been to this place years ago and it was a delight to return. The cabins are comfortable, well cared for, and the fireplaces are a particular treat. This is a wonderful family business and guests are made to feel like part... More

We stayed here for the second time for Valentines Day. Our first stay (last year) was in a one bedroom cabin with a wood burning fireplace. It was beautiful, rustic, cozy and had a great little kitchen. We had an amazing Valentines dinner in their Bistro, we snowshoed the following morning and overall had a wonderful time. This year, we... More
