The staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Reservations -- especially Mylene works very hard to accommodate my wishes !!! Our crew travels to Calgary very frequently for business and the Calgary Ramada is always very accommodating to our group and everyone's individual needs. I always ask about availability there before any other hotel in Calgary.

“Average - good for business”

Nothing special for this hotel, which has the great advantage of being in the city centre. Breakfast is at to the essential. Room service always adequate considering the location and not any issue, even when I asked to change the room (in front of it there is an air fan which was really disappointing, but no blame to the hotel).

“All the style and mod cons that the 1960s and 1970s have to offer”

Clean, comfortable room, with lots of space and a coffee machine. Helpful staff. No safety deposit box in room. But so so dated and in need if refurb. Room service was good. Toilet was a pain to flush. Overall ok.

Terrible hotel! Do not stay here! Thin walls, no temp control in rooms, dated ugly common areas, terrible shower and had to park a block away because garage is too small. Add in indifferent manager and a Wed night drunk fest next door and you're starting to get the picture. Easily the worst hotel experience in 5 years.
