The rooms smelt awful despite they kept the window opened. Bathroom was dated and needed to replaced long time ago. I guess they picked the crooked sink on the garbage, the same is true for bathtub. We could barely see anything through dirty windows. On top of that some of the front desk personnel were rude, especially a guy named... More

Ew ew and ew. We complained and got the room for $30. We figured that covered the breakfast, which was really good. We were staying for the Zoo package with our two kids, ages 15 and 3. I wouldn't have left either of them alone in that room, even to go to the bathroom! There were no screens in the... More

We checked in after midnight exhausted from driving. The heat was FULL blast and the smell met us at the door. (It was July 2011 and the daytime high was around 35). Light switch didn’t work, made it to the lamp, which was sticky. The walls, ceiling, bedding and furnishings were bleeding with brown streaks and spots. A/C shot out... More

When we first got in, the front desk clerk could not find our online reservation, same with the gentleman who was waiting! I asked for 2 nights the next day I ha hotel staff bugging me to get out. I guess the message of 2 nights didn't get across. They tried charging us 239 for two nights which is waaaaaaay... More

There were bed bugs in the bed and they said that they were bed bugs and offered us another room. We said we wanted to check out and it was huge deal to check out and get our money back but they refuse to because we booked our stay using hotwire.com. Dont stay here even if you are trying to... This hotel is old and badly in need of upgrading. The worst part is the parking lot, which looked like some land-mines had exploded in places - we had to drive very carefully to avoid aggravating a recent whiplash. The room was okay, if a bit small and depressing, but it was relatively clean and the bed was sleepable. We... More

Bed was ok. Thats as far as the positives go. I know this was a budget hotel but we have stayed in other Travelodges in Canada that are way better than this for the same price! eg; plastic cups to drink out of. Creaky, noisey bed "Free continental breakfast" - this term is used very loosely - you get basic... More

Spent last two nights of holiday here, booked because running out of money. We had two rooms, one was fine the other had a few issues. Plug missing, air con out of use and damaged unit. Location was ok, a little further from city centre than imagined but no problem with hire car and free parking. Staff were pleasant and... More

Let me first say it was a great deal to stay there, just under $100.00. Front desk staff was great. Needs a serious reno job... There is a comedy club beside it so it is more of a place to party and pass-out, would not reccomend it for anyone with kids. We were awakened to yelling in the halls at... More

Me and my brother stayed here while attending a concert. No complaints from either of us. The price we paid was a steal, and I do not expect to get 5 star treatment when I am not shelling out 5 star rates. The room had two comfy beds, a working tv, and a fridge to keep the beer cold. Even... More
