Just a block and half from the free downtown train that takes you to all parts of downtown. A 5 minute walk from Fort Calgary and a 10 minute walk from the zoo. However, near by buildings are a little run down and homeless hang out around them. More

We stayed at the hostel for 4 nights in a dorm, and besides the noisy room mates, we had an excellent stay! Free breakfast, free wifi, lovely game/tv room, close to town and great service! The beds were maybe a bit uncomfortable since the wooden frame was leveled with the mattress, but otherwise it was all good! More
