Thanks so much for being so friendly and helpful. I will recommend your hotel just on customer service alone. It is very refreshing to have a customer representative that was so friendly and accommodating and she was very patient and understanding. Thanks again Mandy for all your help!!! More

The hotel is situation in a good location and the hotel was clean. Rates were reasonable with the hotels around. However, if you are going with a group or team I would advise looking at the other hotels in the vicinity. Stayed at the Best Western Plus in May, 2012 and was a little surprised with the high ratings from Tripadvisor. I would definitely recommend this for families but not recommend it for Seniors. “Great family hotel!”

What a great stay our family had at the Best Western South Edmonton Inn & Suites. Kids loved the pool and waterside and we loved the free breakfast. This is a very clean hotel located right done the road from South Edmonton Common, so close to great shopping. We will stay here again next time we go back to Edmonton. More

“New Best Western Plus South Edmonton”

New Best Western on the South Side of Edmonton. Room was spotless. Desk staff very helpful. For anyone with a family the pool has a waterslide. Breakfast 6-9:30 everyday. They had different eggs and meat for the two days we were there. There is still construction debris but there is more than one hotel being built in the area. More
