The reviewer is correct the second floor was at one time a smoking floor. We have looked into their concerns and disagree that the bunk beds are in poor shape or that there is blood on the sheets. The writer is correct, we do not have a complimentary business centre as there was insufficient space left when the hotel was redeveloped. We do have an affordable internet kiosk in the lobby, $ 2.00 for 5 minutes, $ 5. 00 for 10 Minutes. The hotel has complimentary hard wired internet ( limitied number) and WiFi throughout.
