I was very pleased with my stay at the West Edmonton Mall Inn, literally 20 steps from a cross walk that brings you straight the the parking lot of the mall. Clean updated rooms with granite counter, nice bed, super soft sheets and good pillows. And oddly enough great tasting tap water! Couldn't have asked for more!

Right in front of the Mall (just walk), friendly Staff, Nice and comfortable rooms with an affordable price! you have to walk to Fantasy hotel inside the mall for Breakfast but I dont see any problem with that. You pay less and have the same service of a 5 star!

No heat in room, no maintenance staff on duty, and no manager on site. Front Desk clerk only on duty. The location next to the West Edmonton Mall is great, but this actual hotel was the worst that my wife and daughter have ever stayed in. Did not even have adequate locks on the hotel room door.
