“Nice Stay”

We had a very good stay while visiting family in Medicine Hat. The hotel was very clean and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was very good and the servers were extra friendly and you really can't beat the price especially since we had a full kitchen in our room with a full sized fridge not just a mini one.... “A Stop Over”

We needed a stop over on the way back from BC, this is about the halfway spot to Wpg. The hotel is starting to be updated which it needed. I stay at a lot of cheap places for work, and I've paid a lot more for a place with less amenities and grimier rooms. “Not up to standard”

I was staying in medicine hat over the weekend and had to stay here because all the other hotels were sold out. The room was dirty and it seemed most of the guest around me were young kids staying for party next door. I advice people staying in medicine hat to find other place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. New owners of the property are doing major renovations. Since your stay, rooms are complete with new carpet, paint, drapes, bedding and air conditioners. We have stayed at the Imperial a number of times before and for the price it was okay. This time we stayed for 3 nights on business. The ownership has changed and so has the price per night. “Great for a long term stay”

Stayed at this hotel for just over a month. With a full kitchen it is ideal for a long term traveler. The room was excellent as was the staff; very friendly and helpful.
