What I liked: Our bathroom shower had one of those new bent shower rods which makes the shower feel twice as big and keeps the curtain from sticking to you. Not located in best part of town but I wanted an inexpensive place to stay for a short night. I awakened at 02:30, turned on the light and discovered bed bugs in bed with me! Atrocious and disgusting is the best term for this place. Internet isn't functional, and the fridge froze everything solid, cost me thirty dollars in wasted food. The staff at the front desk could care could care less, and I can guarantee I won't stay there again. More

In rough part of Kamloops, hotel seems to have welfare residents staying, railway noise all night. Room furniture badly worn, TV old with bad reception, no ventilation,air conditioner loud & does not cool. Found roaches crawling under sink near toilet.
