We stayed here 4 or 5 times over the 2012-13 hockey season. It was a great location, major mall down the road, fast food restaurants within easy reach. Was very close to the Kin hockey rink. The hotel itself is unique, the whole central courtyard inside is a tropical theme, with a pool & a hot tub. There is a... More

We chose this hotel as a sports club for the kids (competitive gymnastics) because of the atmosphere and pool with water slides. We had blocked off rooms prior to the event. I only discovered that my personal reservation had been lost because I had called to confirm my reservation the week prior to our arrival. Apparently they had switched computer... More

Firstly, the tropical paradise and pools were awesome, great indoor scenery! The rooms themselves are VERY dated, we stayed in 2 Murphy rooms, all the bathroom counter tops were bright orange and peeling off/pieces missing. However the TV's were new. The Front Desk, I don't know WHERE to begin. The 2 Murphy Rooms we had booked were supposed to be... More

Thank you for staying at Esther's Inn. We recently switched a property management system, and the front desk was having a rough time understanding the new system. On the other hand though, this cannot be our excuse for unsatisfactory service to you. We apologize for that. We are expecting room renovation happening soon. We hope that we can see you... More

We stayed at Esthers Inn in PG two nights in Feb. Although I like the idea of a tropical paradise, Esthers needs updating. They have recovered some chairs in the lobby, but the carpet has seen better days. The lounge is tired and old, and the selection of drinks is poor, at best. The room we stayed in was a... More

We stayed here with your two children they love the pools and slides! The rooms were clean although the beds were horrible, hard as a rock and the pillows lumpy. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch, restaurant staff were was nicer than the front desk!

Due to its uniqueness and theme, it's not easy to rate this hotel to others. It has a very lovely and attractive theme and is definitely a family destination. But as a place to get a good night's sleep and move on, it suffers, due to the lack of attention to the 'little things'. On its best day, the rooms... More

We like to stay here with our two kids becasuse of the murphy suite room they have (2 rooms in 1) Great price for two beds and two bathrooms. Wouldn't pay that price for a single room. Rooms are quite old and dirty, carpets need a good clean, things overlooked like red juice spilled all over the wall, smear marks... More

This was the second time we've stayed at easters in. Both times were great. The beds are comffy, room was clean, and has a nice tropical feeling to the garden areas. Has several hot tubs and pools that are all clean. Lots of room to park which can be uncommon anymore. The rooms arnt the fancyest but for the price... More

Overall not terrible but not great either. Decor cheesy and dated. Carpets in room questionably clean. Very Noisy during the pool hours. But surprisingly comfortable beds. Reasonably priced. Good sunday brunch buffet. Biggest problem was that the room wasn't ready upon check in and we had tickets to a local event so we had to get our little ones down... More
