In my mind this is an adequate budget motel but the rates in Sept are not budget. Our room was not cleaned properly as we noticed the room was never swept and the bedding just pulled up. We needed to ask for toilet paper and face cloths but the staff was always willing to assist. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Room smelled like mold, no air conditioning or circulation, staff doing construction at 6am, pots and pans provided in kitchenette not suitable for cooking, way overpriced. This is the type of place you stay for one night out of extreme desperation.
