Stayed here for medical reasons...hotel is right across street from Dr office. Very nice and updated lobby. We were on the 14th floor which is dated but clean. Pillows were not that great but we made do. Very convienient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Would stay again.

This hotel is in a great location. Good ethnic restaurants such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai, Japanese, an awesome Ramen house (BenKei Ramen), and many others. Close to shopping... Overall it was a great stay, it is very clean and the staff are most helpful, the food in the restaurant was fantastic and the service was fabulous, I would recommend anyone to stay there, for convenience to everything and for being the best hotel I have stayed in down there....

Was here for 3 days- my son had an appointment at the Children's hospital. The Hotel gave us a great Hospital rate which was very much appreciated. Very clean and the staff was awesome. Stayed overnight having landed at Vancouver International from UK prior to an 8 hour drive east. Hotel spotless, staff helpful and beds very comfortable. Location great for good eats ie Cactus Club cafe and good coffee- Starbucks opposite. No noise to disturb our early night and we would definitely stay here again.
