Buchan was just as described by earlier reviews on TripAdvisor. The floors are threadbare or ravelling, the rooms are tired and dreary, the shared hall bathrooms are very archaic, but functional, no elevator. The location and price are the saving grace of the hotel. More of a hostel, as many of the rooms share the bathrooms on the lower floors.... More
