We stayed at the Aurora Inn for one night before heading further north. It was perfect for a one night stay. We had our 6 year old daughter with us. Plenty of room for us all to sleep, with the rooms being split over two levels. Decor is much like the rest of Churchill - frozen in it's own charming... More

Rooms are suites. Split level with 'mezzanine' bedroom was nice to have. Very spacious with tall ceilings. Little kitchenette adequate. Warm and toasty in the cold weather! More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Globus/Frountiers North tour in October 2011. This hotel is comprised of old apartments. Each room has two stories. Downstairs is a full kitchen and living room with a complete with pull out sofa bed. Upstairs is a loft area where the bed is located and the bathroom.... More

I spent one night in the Aurora Inn. The room was huge and clean! They are more like condos or apartments. I had a very good sleep. The girl at the front desk was really friendly. More

Lots of room, daily housekeeping, kitchenette, double bed, decent size washroom, basic cable, flat screen tv, I'm not sure what more one could ask for. One thing I did happen is the front door didn't close properly, and had it been a normal Churchill winter, that would of a problem. Other then that, I can't complain. More

I arrived here Boxing Day evening (just transiting the town for one night). Every store and restaurant in town was closed. The owner went out of his way to get us some food, both from the staff lunchroom and (I suspect) from his own home. The hotel itself is quite nice (in the context of what can reasonably be expected... More

I was part of a tour group and this hotel was chosen for me. In general I thought it was very mediocre and in desperate need of updating. Pros: -spacious -good TV set -nice fridge, toaster, dishes & cutlery -free internet Cons: -not very quiet -cold showers -skimpy towels -flat pillows -needs renovations -limited TV programming More

For our three nights in Churchill, the Aurora Inn served as our home away from home. Admittedly, I was a bit curious about the condition of a motel property that is so far from the rest of civilization, and in a town without a lot of options. I was pleasantly surprised as the comfort and amenities provided the guests. Churchill... More

We stayed at the Aurora Inn whilst on an organised trip to Churchill and was very impressed with the accommodation. We thought we were going to stay in a room and actually received a suite which consisted of a large lounge/diner/kitchen and an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. It had a huge plasma television in the lounge another tv in the... More
